As many close to us know, we lost Joseph’s beloved grandmother, Glenda, before we had the chance to ask her to be a part of our special day. We are honored to have her two lifelong friends, Janice Burkemper and Redonda Heitman, fill a special role of our "Grand Flower Ladies". Their love, kindness, and presence bring so much meaning to our celebration, and having them by our side will feel like the closest thing to having Glenda there with us.

Dress Code: Formal/Black Tie Optional (Specifically in the Color Black)

We’re embracing a chic and elegant black-themed celebration. Guests are kindly requested to wear black attire in formal or black tie optional style.

Dress to impress! If you look in the mirror and think, ‘Is this too much?’—you’ve nailed it.

GentlemenOutfit: You’re welcome to wear a tuxedo or suit—a white shirt underneath is perfect.Alternatively, dress pants with a dress shirt are also great.If you choose to go without a blazer, please make sure your dress shirt is black.Shoes: Please wear dress shoes or other polished shoes that compliment your outfit- black is preferred, and neutrals are fine; please avoid wearing sneakers.Accessories: Bow ties, ties, and cufflinks are encouraged but not required.Please note: Jeans are not permitted.

LadiesOutfit: You’re welcome to wear long evening gowns.Alternatively, long formal skirts with a top, or dress pants with a sophisticated blouse, all in the encouraged color.Shoes: Dress heels or flats are great, as long as they complement your outfit—black is preferred, and neutrals are fine; please avoid bright colors.Accessories: Wear whatever makes you feel your best—whether it’s your everyday pieces or something fancy you’ve been waiting for an occasion to wear.Please note: Cocktail dresses are not permitted.
